Live in America or Japan?

Sometime, do you want to live in another country? Then, what do you think about living in another country? The first things that come to mind are cost, environment and food. So, I want to tell you difference of American life and Japanese life with comparing.

I often hard from one of my friend who has experienced studying abroad that if you want to know the country prices, you should compare each country coke cost. So, I want to introduce American and Japanese coke cost. A can is 120 yen in Japan, in America is 50 cents. So, the findings showed about twice cost. 50 cent is about 50 yen. Exactly, cost side is advantageous to America. So, we will consider another angle.

When I was a second grade of university, I had been to America for four months. I was shocked about American environment. I stayed in girls’ dormitory. When I went to bath room, students walked without shoes in bath room. After that, they went to their beds.
Another one is flies. If you see a fly in the dining room, what do you think of it? I think the room is dirty! However, please don’t nervous about that American doesn’t take care if flies are on their food. During summer, you will have to fight with flies if you will live in America.

What kind of food do you like? Japanese food? Italian food?etc…. When you live in America, certainly you gain weight. When my friend stayed in America, she gained 10 kg weight. But she went back Japan, she lost 10 kg weight. Do you know that American cheese hamburger and Japanese cheese hamburger are different. American cheese hamburger is 590 calories and Japanese cheese hamburger is 303 calories. Japanese food is known as healthy food. So, Japan is known as a nation of long-lived people.

At times, we consider what is the most important to live. Exactly, we need a lot of money. However, we should take care about our health. So, I recommend you to live in Japan. Because, your health is priceless.

3 steps on how to be Happy

First of all, please check under the questionnaire.

□ You think that there are not nice guys your circumference.
□ You are nervous on your mobile phone when you transfer by train or bus.
□ You think that a special woman has some brands.
□ You want to fall in love.
□ You want to be slim.
□ You want to be rich.
□ You want to be happier.

How about your result? How many did you check that list? Actually, that item is caused temporary happy. Unfortunately, there aren’t happy to you forever. If you have a happy brain, you can get love, job and satisfied daily. So, that’s happy! I want you to introduce how to be happy.


First step, what time do you go to bed every day? I know that some people like keeping late hours. But do you understand how long it interferes with your happiness? Do you know Cinderella time? If you want to be happy, you have to sleep this time. The time is from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. When you sleep the time, a lot of melatonin is produced. Melatonin promotes growth hormone(成長ホルモン). So, you can become beautiful skin. And then, hippocampus(海馬) become activated. By the activity, you can come across a chance of the love like a bomb missile!!

Second step, how many times do you see the rising sun for a week? I mean, do you get up early? In fact, serotonin secretion(セロトニン 分泌) happens in your brain when you see the raising sun. Then, your feelings become more rich. So, you can get satisfaction from the bottom of your heart. This feeling help your increase of the knowledge. By the things, you can approach real happy.

Third step, what’s your source of spirit? Equally, what’s your brain fuel? The fuel is breakfast. In that, carbohydrates(炭水化物) such as rice or bread is required. This activity improves blood flow of brain. If you can achieve 1 and 2 steps, it is meaningless when you can’t achieve third step.

With that, my explaining about how to be happy is finish. Perhaps, you were surprised that. However, presently, there are few people who can handle a commonplace commonly. You can get happy from correct basic of life. I wish you that you can get nice job, love and happy!

Second, they have very good personality. The company is managed by person. Especially, lorry drivers are a face of the company who attempt to communicate with their customers directly. The company values the relation of a person and the person. Therefore, they make much of the education of customers of the driver. And they treat valuable words of the praise. So, they were selected number 1 favorability rating. Many drivers make human dramas which are very heartwarming story. Many women customers are falling love with the drivers. Many men respect the drivers’ way of life. So, their good personality leads for the company’s fans.

Third, their approach makes our future. Before the company set up, we couldn’t send packages easily. But, now, we can send many packages next day. Moreover, we can appoint sending time. They can carry cool packages and tilde packages. And, they treat cash on delivery. They make next commonplace. Now, they are making NECORE. In other words, it is personal shopper. Actually, there is a little number of users. But, after this, they will open up new future. The company efforts make our comfortable living.

Finally, we can often see Yamato Transport Company. It is a convenience store near my house, on the street that the tracks have cats mark, and they send us some packages. They always stand by us. Nice Guys

What things make you happy? I know different strokes for different folks. In my case, nice guys make me happy. I want to make you happy, too. So, I want to introduce 3 nice guys in Japan.

First, I want to introduce Takahiro. He belongs to EXILE which is one of very popular singer group. He is a vocalist. Before he entered the group, he was a hairstylist. When he watched the group recruited a new vocalist. He decided to apply EXILE Vocal Battle Audition. About 5 million people joined the audition. He had his forte. He loved EXILE from his heart and he had beautiful voice. Therefore, he won from 5 million people. He could win. His effort and his sings give me cheerful. So, he makes me happy.

Second nice guy is Takeru Sato. He is 1 years junior to me. His good point is that he doesn’t forget making an arrangement. If someone become popular, almost all forget humble heart. But, in his blog, he always writes his successful job to fans. His concern makes me forget junior than me. His tender and warmth make me happy.

Final nice guy is Hiro Mizushima. Now, he is known as many people want to marry him. The reason, of course included his cool face. But, moreover, there is his decision. He already married a popular singer. The reason of his got married to her, she is a sick. So, he decided to support for her by marriage. His decision made many men and women impression. His sincere heart makes me happy.

Nice guys make me and many people happy. The meaning of nice guy can’t express one word. But nice guys make people happy.
